Terms and conditions

*With all the photography work I do I will discuss with you your requirements and I will advice if your requirements are not realistic to acheive for any reason and explain.

*This will be done via, phone email or meeting with you.

*Portraits can be done in a studio, your own home or a local beauty spot. All other commercial and events photography details on booking. Payment for these is on the day of sitting as with portraiture. Further copies or reprints charged accordingly.

*For wedding bookings I will usually come to your home so you can meet me and go through my portfolios of work and we will discuss a package suited to your needs.

*If you go ahead and book me a small deposit will be required, which is returnable if cancelled no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.

*One month before the wedding I will contact you again to go over the guest list, or further special requirements etc.

*Approximately 10-14 days after the wedding, usually as you return from honeymoon. I will contact you to arrange a time to give you your preview album from which you can choose the photographs for your finished album and show friends and family.

*Re-prints are only taken when money for them is received. Prices and sizes are given with the preview album.

The 1988 Copyright Act grants photographers the same rights as had long been enjoyed by authors, painters and other creative individuals. The copyright of the photograph belongs to the person who takes it, the photographer.
